How to search by workforce status

You can identify talent on Tallo based on if they are currently in the workforce or seeking a job.

To search for talent based on workforce status:

1. Go to Search
2. Select the Workforce Status filter
3. Select the workforce status you're looking for: In the workforce, or Seeking a job

The users who match with the selected workforce status will be displayed in the search results.
