How to search by digital badges

You can identify talent on Tallo based on any digital badges that they've been awarded through organizations on Tallo. A digital badge is an indicator of accomplishment or skill that can be displayed, accessed, and verified online. 

Talent users who have been awarded a digital badge on Tallo have their badges displayed on their profile in the badges section, which can be reviewed by talent seekers at any time.

To search for talent based on an earned digital badge:

1. Go to Search
2. Select the Digital Badges filter
3. Select a digital badge. You can select multiple digital badges at once. (The digital badge options in the list represent badges that have been made available by organizations exclusively through Tallo.)
4. Click Apply

The users who have earned the digital badge(s) selected will be displayed in the search results.
