How to search by soft skills

You can identify talent on Tallo based on self-identified soft skills. Examples of these would be critical thinking, creativity, and initiative. Talent users can tag a soft skill they developed to an accomplishment, experience, or activity on their profile.

To search for talent based on soft skills:

1. Go to Search
2. Select the Skill(s) filter
3. Select the soft skills you are looking for. You can add multiple soft skills at once.

The users who have self-identified the development of selected soft skills will be displayed in the search results.
