How to search by career interests

You can identify talent on Tallo based on their career interest(s).

To search for talent based on career interest:

1. Go to Search
2. Select the Career Interest(s) filter
3. Select Choose
4. From here, you can either select a career interest cluster as a whole (ex: Architecture & Construction), or you can explore each cluster and select individual career interests matching what you're looking for (ex: Civil Engineers). To easily find a career interest, simply use the search bar and select the career interest from the results provided.
5. After the career interests have been selected, click Save

The users with matching career interests to the ones you've selected will be displayed in the search results.
