How to search by accomplishments, extracurriculars, and experience
You can identify talent on Tallo based on accomplishments, extracurriculars, and experiences they have added to their Tallo profile.
To search for talent based on their accomplishments:
- Go to Search
- Select the Accomplishment filter
- Enter any key words or phrases matching with an accomplishment you're looking for (Ex: Leadership Award, Most Valuable Player, etc.)
- Click Apply
The users with accomplishments most closely matching your key words and phrases will display in the results.
To search for talent based on their extracurriculars and experience:
- Go to Search
- Select the Extracurricular/Experience filter
- Enter any key words or phrases matching with an accomplishment you're looking for (Ex: Volunteering, Softball, Internship, Apprenticeship, etc.)
- Click Apply
The users with extracurriculars and experiences most closely matching your key words and phrases will display in the results.
