How to search by next steps

You can identify talent on Tallo based on their next steps. This could be their intention to go to college, join the military, or even join the workforce.

To search for talent based on their next steps:

1. Go to Search
2. Select the Next Step filter
3. Select from one of the following Next Steps: Enter the workforce, Attend a 2-year college, Attend a 4-year college, Attend a graduate school, or Join the military

The users who match the next step selected will be displayed in the search results.
