How to search for First Generation students

You can identify talent on Tallo based on their status as a first generation student. A first generation student is defined as a student whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have not completed a bachelor's degree. This means that you are the first person in your family to attend a four-year college/university to attain a bachelor's degree.

To search for first generation students:

  1. Go to Search
  2. Select the First Generation filter
  3. Check the box next to "Is first generation student?"

The users who have self-identified as first generation students will be displayed in the search results.
