How to search by state or region

You can identify talent on Tallo based on the state or region in which they are currently located.

To search for talent based on state:

1. Go to Search
2. Select the State filter
3. Select the state(s) where you wish to identify talent. You can select multiple states at once.

The users in those states will be displayed in the search results.

To search for talent based on region:

1. Go to Search
2. Select the Location filter
3. Add the city, state, or zip code where wish to identify talent
4. Dial in the the preferred distance from your location. You can adjust the location radius anywhere between 1-100 miles.

The users within the search radius will be displayed in the search results.
