How do I view a talent profile?

After you've set your desired filters in the Search tool, you will be able to see the resulting talent pool matching your criteria. From here, you can begin to view individual talent user profiles to see who is the best fit for your college or company.

To view a talent user's profile, simply click their name or profile picture in the results. A new tab will open and you will be taken directly to the talent user's Tallo profile.

From there, you can review their complete profile, download a printable PDF version of their profile, add a unique tag to the user, or direct message them to start a conversation.
