How does Search work?

The Search tool allows you to quickly identify talent on Tallo matching specific criteria you're looking for through 28 dynamic search filters. Multiple filters can be combined in a search to find the exact target audience you wish to find, engage, and recruit.

You can find talent on Tallo based on:

Name
Tags
Location
State(s)
Zip Code(s)
Education Level
Graduation Year(s)
GED Status
Workforce Status
Career Interest(s)
Geographic Preference
Next Step
College Interest
Intended College Major(s)
Memberships
Accomplishment
Extracurricular/Experience
Skill(s)
Digital Badges
School
GPA Greater Tan
Course
A Test Score of At Least
Language
Gender
Race and/or Ethnicity

From there, you can view profiles of individual talent users matching your filters, tag specific users you wish to follow, and direct message prospective candidates to start one-on-one conversations (or send a group message to multiple candidates).

You can also save your searches for easy access and to track new users who've joined Tallo since the search was saved that match the criteria of the saved search. you can even add saved searches to Analytics to gain real-time insight into that particular group of talent on Tallo.
