How does talent view my profile?

Talent users can view your profile three ways:

Through your organization showcase

When talent users log in visit their dashboard, they are able to access a college and career discovery section which allows them to view all schools and companies on Tallo. If the talent user clicks your showcase, they will be taken to your profile

Through your opportunities

If you have added an opportunity through our ManageOpps tool, talent users who review the opportunity will be able to review your profile alongside the opportunity you posted

Through direct messaging

Whenever you send a direct message to a talent user, they will be able to view your profile through the messaging system.
