How do I tag talent?

There are two different ways you can tag talent on Tallo:

Tag a user from the search results

To tag a specific user or group of users from a talent search result:

1. Go to Search
2. Build out the filters to the left to find the talent you're looking to follow
3. From the results list, click on the check box next to each user you wish to tag (You can select up to 25 at a time)
4. Select the "TAG" icon at the top of the search results
5. To add a tag you've already created, go to Add Tag in the menu, select the drop-down, and click the tag you would like to apply to the user
6. To create a new tag for the user, click Create A New Tag (This will bring you to the tag console where you can create a new tag. You will need to re-run your search to apply the newly created tag to the user or users.)
7. You also have the option to add an internal note as to what the tag represents.
8. Select Close

Tag a user from their profile

To tag a specific user from their profile:

1. Go to Search
2. Build out the filters to the left to find the talent you're looking to follow
3. Click on the user's name in the search results to view their profile
4. To add a tag you've already created, go to ADD TAG in the floating action box in the user's avatar bar (lower-left corner of the screen)
5. In the tagging menu, select the drop-down and click the tag you would like to apply to the user
6. Click ADD TAG
7. To create a new tag for the user, click Create A New Tag (This will bring you to the tag console where you can create a new tag. You will need to go back to the user's profile to apply newly created tag to the user.)
8. You also have the option to add an internal note as to what the tag represents.
9. Select Close
