What happens when I tag talent?

When you tag talent, the following will happen:

1. The tagged user will be added to the group representing the tag. You can then access that group at any time. Learn more here.
2. The user will be notified that your organization is interested in them. This is an exciting notification that encourages users to continue logging in to their Tallo profiles, and it shares that there are organizations like yours looking for talent like them on Tallo. The notification will also drive them to your organization’s profile so they can learn more about you.
