How do I delete my account?

First of all, we hate to see you go! Please let us know why you are deleting your account, so we can make the Tallo user experience better.  

If you do want to delete your Tallo account, follow the instructions below.

Are you a student?

  • Choose My Account under the drop down menu at the top right.
  • Click the Delete Account link at the bottom right-hand side of the page
  • Fill out the form to submit your deletion request.  Your account will be placed in a "pending delete" status.  
  • Your account will not longer be visible on the platform and will be automatically deleted in 15 days.
  • If you wish to recover your account within those 15 days, simply log back in to Tallo.

Are you representing a college or company?

Please email support@tallo.com to request that your organization's account be deleted.
