How do I add my HOSA involvement on Tallo?
You can showcase your HOSA involvement on Tallo the following ways:
Add HOSA as an organization
To add HOSA as an organization:
- Go to the Memberships, Extracurricular Activities & Hobbies section of your profile
- Click either the Add An Entry button or the “+” icon in the section banner
- Select Organization or Club from the provided options
- Type in "HOSA" and select either HOSA-Future Health Professionals, or HOSA-Future Health Professionals Alumni
- Add the start date and end date of your involvement with HOSA If you are currently participating, you can check the To The Present box
- Add a description of what you’ve done or are doing within HOSA
- Add how much time you spent participating in HOSA
- Add a description of what you’ve learned from your involvement with HOSA
- Choose a soft skill that you’ve developed the most by participating HOSA
- If you have any files, projects, or web links that showcase your involvement with HOSA, you can add them in the Supporting Files & Links Section
- Click Save
Add HOSA as an accomplishment
To add a HOSA award, honor, or accomplishment:
- Go to the Accomplishments section of your profile
- Click either the Add An Entry button or the “+” icon in the section banner
- Select Award or Honor from the categories shown
- Type in the name of the award, honor, or accomplishment
- Add where you earned the award, honor, or accomplishment from (e.g. HOSA Competition Winner)
- Add the date when you earned the award, honor, or accomplishment (month, year)
- Add a description of what the award, honor, or accomplishment is for
- If you have any files, projects, or web links that showcase your award, honor, or accomplishment, you can add them in the Supporting Files & Links Section
- Click Save
