What do I do when I’m stuck on the blue loading screen?

If you are trying to log in to your Tallo account and cannot get past the blue loading screen, just try these steps to perform a hard refresh of your browser:

For Google Chrome

On PC

  • Hold CTRL and click the reload button or hold CTRL and press F5.

On Mac

  • Hold SHIFT and click the reload button or hold CMD + SHIFT and press the R key.

For Firefox

On PC

  • Hold CTRL + SHIFT and press the R key or hold CTRL and press F5.

On Mac

  • Hold CMD + SHIFT and press the R key.

On either

  • Hold SHIFT and click the reload button.

For Internet Explorer

  • Hold CTRL and click the reload button or hold CTRL and press F5.

Try a different browser

Our website should work on the latest two versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, Edge), but sometimes one of those may have an issue. We recommend using Chrome. If you would like us to support any additional browsers, let us know by emailing us support@tallo.com.

Do you use an ad blocker plugin?

If you use an ad blocker plugin, then it may be preventing part of our website from loading.  Disable your ad blocker for our website and try and load it again.
