I requested a digital badge and I haven't been awarded it yet. What do I do?

When you request a digital badge, the badge is placed in a Pending status.

To view all badges you have requested but not been awarded yet:

1. Go to the Badges section on your profile
2. Click the Edit icon
3. Select My Earned Badges
4. Scroll down to the Pending Badges section. You will see badges that are currently in review on the organization side

If you have not yet been awarded a badge you requested, look for the contact information of the organization at the bottom of the original badge request above the Submit Request button.
