Help! I am stuck on the blue loading screen.

Tallo Loading Screen

If you are trying to load our website and cannot get past the blue loading screen with our logo and spinning icon, just try these steps:

  • Perform a hard refresh
    • For Google Chrome
      • On PC
        • Hold CTRL and click the reload button or hold CTRL and press F5
      • On Mac
        • Hold SHIFT and click the reload button or hold CMD + SHIFT and press the R key
    • For Firefox
      • On PC
        • Hold CTRL + SHIFT and press the R key or hold CTRL and press F5
      • On Mac
        • Hold CMD + SHIFT and press the R key
      • On either
        • Hold SHIFT and click the reload button
    • For Internet Explorer
      • Hold CTRL and click the reload button or hold CTRL and press F5
  • Try a different browser
    • Our website should work on the latest two versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, Edge), but sometimes one of those may have an issue.  We recommend using Chrome.  If you would like us to support any additional browsers, let us know by emailing us support@tallo.com .
  • Do you use an ad blocker plugin?
    • If you use an ad blocker plugin, then it may be preventing part of our website from loading.  Disable your ad blocker for our website and try and load it again.
